  • Gresham House Energy Storage (GRID) is assessing options to raise debt finance, to fund the acquisition of new battery storage projects. GRID’s previously communicated plans include commissioning a further 190MW of battery storage in 2020, increasing total capacity to 364MW by the end of this year.
  • Civitas Social Housing (CSH), the London-listed REIT dedicated to investing into regulated social housing in England and Wales, will report results for the full year ended 31 March 2020 on Tuesday 30th June 2020.

  • DP Aircraft says that the Government of Thailand has given its approval to Thai Airways taking the necessary steps to undergo debt rehabilitation proceedings through Thailand’s Central Bankruptcy Court, with a view to a restructuring of the airline. Thai Airways has stopped making payments to the company and DP aircraft doesn’t know when or if these will resume. ” The board is therefore expediting negotiations with both Thai Airways and the company’s lending banks in order to ascertain the basis upon which the leasing arrangements might most practicably be structured going
    forwards.”
