- Gore Street Energy Storage raised £23.7m by issuing 24,627,365 new ordinary shares at 96.1p. 3m of those went to JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation
- Gresham House Energy Storage is issuing £15m of bonds (which it is calling GRID Power Bonds) with a coupon of 5%. This is the first issue of up to £40m to be issued between now and July 2021. The GRID Power Bonds will pay interest semi-annually, in arrears, in equal instalments. The money will be used to finance new investments.
- Stenprop has bought a 43,500sq ft multi-let industrial property across four adjoining warehouse units in Stretton Business Park, in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire. The £3.75m acquisition reflects a net initial yield of 6.9% and a capital value of £86 per sq ft. The four modern units are fully occupied on leases delivering a total annual passing rent of £278,000.
- Shareholders overwhelmingly approved Bluefield Solar’s plans to amend its investment policy and issue more stock without first offering it to existing shareholders.
- Aberdeen New India has entered into a new two year multicurrency revolving credit facility of £30m with The Royal Bank of Scotland International, which replaces the company’s previous £30m facility with RBSI, which had been due to mature on 24 July 2020. £27m has been drawn down at an all-in rate of 0.96088%, and used to repay the maturing loan facility.
