In QuotedData’s morning briefing 24 November 2020:

  • Gore Street Energy Storage says its Drumkee project, a 50MW installed capacity project located in Northern Ireland, has been energised on schedule. Drumkee is now the largest energy storage project in Ireland. Mullavilly, Gore Street’s second 50MW Northern Irish project, is expected to be energised in December. Both Drumkee and Mullavilly are expected to be commissioned and operational in the first three months of 2021. This would bring Gore Street’s operational portfolio to a total installed capacity of 210MW. Returns are expected to exceed the company’s 10% unlevered target IRR for portfolio assets.
  • SEGRO has listed its shares on Euronext Paris. Trading in the Shares will commence at 09.00 Paris time. The shares will remain listed on the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and tradable on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
  • Martin Currie Portfolio has entered into an unsecured three year £30 million sterling term loan facility agreement with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited which it is intended will be fully drawn. When drawn, this loan will represent about 10% of the current NAV.
