- VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities (GSEO) has completed its purchase of three fully-permitted solar PV sites in Australia. The total cost including construction will be £21.2m and is part of the existing £50m commitment to its Australian solar PV and storage investment programme.
- Triple Point Energy Transition (TENT) has received confirmation from the Financial Conduct Authority that it is eligible for the admission of its ordinary shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA. The transfer of trading from the Specialist Fund Segment to the Premium Segment of the Main Market is expected to occur with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 28 October 2022.
- Urban Logistics REIT (SHED) has updated the market in a trading update ahead of its interim results on 11 November. During the six months to 30 September 2022, the group has completed 12 new lettings, generating £4.0m of additional rental income, and nine rent reviews, generating an additional £0.6m of rental income. The 21 leasing deals were at an average 59% uplift to the previous rents. Occupancy has risen to 95%. The energy sustainability of the portfolio has improved during the period from 76% EPC A-C to 86%.
