  • Impact Healthcare REIT’s (IHR) chairman Rupert Barclay will step down from the board at the end of the first quarter of 2023. He has been with the company since its IPO in March 2017 but will resign ahead of the company’s 2023 Annual General Meeting. He will be replaced by Simon Laffin, who will join the board as a non-executive director and chairman designate on 1 January 2023. Laffin has 30 years of board experience across a number of sectors including real estate, previously serving as chairman of Assura Plc, Flybe Group Plc and Hozelock Group.
