- Mid Wynd International (MWY) has announced that Mr David Kidd, its senior independent director, will become chairman of the board following the retirement of Russell Napier at conclusion of the 2024 AGM. Mr Kidd joined MWY’s board in November 2016, becoming the senior independent director in October 2022. MWY says that the intention is for Mr Kidd to serve as chairman for a period of three years to ensure continuity of experience on the board.
