- Hg Capital Trust (HGT) has announced a £21.3m investment into Focus Group, alongside other clients of Hg. Focus Group is one of the UK’s leading providers of essential business technology to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Hg believes that the long-term trends in small business technology adoption mean that Focus will have the opportunity to continue its “impressive” growth trajectory by offering a one-stop-shop for ICT for UK SMEs.
- SEED Innovations (SEED) has announced that it has received the remaining c.£2.4m from the sale of its portfolio company Fralis LLC, trading as Leap Gaming. Leap Gaming was sold in April 2023 for a total of €5.8m, split into two tranches.
- CLS Holdings (CLI) has sold Westminster Tower, Albert Embankment, for £40.8m, in-line with its 31 December 2023 valuation. Completion is expected in the second quarter of 2024. The asset was sold to the London Square Group, which intends to convert the property from an office space into residential (planning permission for which is in place).
- Great Portland Estates (GPE) has signed British luxury retail brand, REPRESENT, for its new London flagship store at 135/141 Wardour Street on a 10-year lease.
