Overview
Seed Innovations (which has a history of reinvesting itself, having been formerly FastForward Innovations : FFWD and before that Kuala Innovations, Kuala Limited and China Growth Opportunities : CGOP) will invest in and/or buy companies that have significant intellectual property rights which they are seeking to exploit, principally within the technology sector and the life sciences sectors. Initially the geographical focus will be North America and Europe, but investments may also be considered in other regions where the board considers that valuable opportunities exist and positive returns an be achieved.
The name change to Seed Innovations was explained in June 2021 “Whilst we remain focussed on having a balanced portfolio of disruptive technologies, the proposed rebrand to Seed Innovations Limited is reflective of our significant focus on investing within the medical cannabis, health and wellness space.”
