In QuotedData’s morning briefing 2 January 2025:

  • Pershing Square Holdings (PSH) says Euronext Amsterdam has approved its request to delist from Euronext Amsterdam. The delisting request was submitted by Pershing Square Holdings on 4 December 2024. The last day of trading of the shares on Euronext Amsterdam will be on 30 January 2025 and delisting will occur on 31 January 2025. The shares will still be traded in London.
  • Utilico Emerging Markets (UEM) says Jacqueline Broers, deputy manager of the trust since 2021, has now been made joint portfolio manager, working alongside Charles Jillings. Jacqueline joined the manager ICM in 2010 and has been involved in the management of UEM since that time. Charles has been portfolio manager of the company since its IPO in 2005.
  • Chrysalis (CHRY) says it has agreed and entered into a settlement agreement with Revolution Beauty in full and final satisfaction of its claim against that company. Under the terms of the settlement, Revolution Beauty has agreed to pay Chrysalis a non-material sum (less than 1% of its market cap). All other details of the settlement remain confidential.
