In QuotedData’s morning briefing 27 May 2025:
- Utilico Emerging Markets (UEM) says that Saba now has a 5.7% stake in the company. Although, currently, only 1.4% of that is in its own name and the rest is held through financial instruments.
- Cordiant Digital Infrastructure (CORD) says its portfolio company CRA continues to successfully expand and commercialise its DAB+[1] network with the launch of a further six commercial radio stations with Active Radio and Londa. The network now broadcasts from 31 transmitters, reaching 83.4% of the Czech population and, with the recent launch of additional radio stations, is now at 73% capacity. In addition, in its data centre and cloud business, CRA has sold additional capacity at its newest edge data centre in Cukrák, outside Prague, to Boosteroid, the world’s largest independent cloud gaming provider. CRA is accelerating its 1.3MW expansion of DC10 at one of the company’s broadcast towers in the Prague Žižkov district and is about to commence site clearance and preparatory ground works for its 26MW data centre project in Zbraslav, now named “Prague Gateway”.
