GLI Alternative Finance announces that GLI Asset Management Limited, its Investment Manager, has changed its name to Amberton Asset Management Limited (“Amberton”).  This follows the change in ownership structure of the Investment Manager as disclosed on 16 February 2016.

In addition, Amberton is pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Glass as lead manager to the Company, effective 21 March 2016.  Graham is a highly experienced asset manager having focussed on the management of low volatility, income producing assets for the past 20 years.

The Company’s investment strategy remains unchanged. The Directors are supportive of the appointment of Graham Glass as lead manager and are satisfied that the expertise and direction provided by Amberton in managing the portfolio will allow the Company to fulfil its investment objectives.
