Description
The meeting will include a presentation from the investment manager. The board strongly encourages all shareholders to exercise their votes in respect of the meeting in advance by completing and returning their proxy forms and appoint the chairman of the meeting as proxy with voting instructions. This will ensure votes are registered. In addition, shareholders are encouraged to raise any questions in advance with the Company Secretary via email to cosec@maitlandgroup.com
