Polar Capital Global Financials Trust – 10 years on from the post-crisis lows

March 2009 marked the end of the global financial crisis when bank shares bottomed. Financials – of which banks constitute the biggest part – remain the largest sector globally. They remain unloved, under-owned and misunderstood.

John Yakas and Nick Brind, managers of the Polar Capital Global Financials Trust (PCFT), who head a team with over 100 years’ experience in the sector, will discuss why they think 10 years on is an extremely attractive time to be investing in the sector.
