The Board of Genesis Emerging Markets informs shareholders that, following discussion with Genesis Asset Managers, LLP, there is to be a reduction in the management fee the Manager is entitled to receive from the Fund.
The new management fee will be 0.95% per annum, which is charged on the Net Asset Value of the Fund. (The current level is 1.25% per annum.)
This change will take effect at the start of the Fund’s 2017-18 financial year, on 1(st) July 2017.
