  • FastForward Innovations has swapped its stake in Intensity Therapeutics for shares in Portage Biotech, a Canadian listed company part-owned by Jim Mellon (a director of FastForward). Portage has no revenue but the value of the Portage shares FastForward is getting implies a small uplift in FastForward’s NAV.
  • Aberdeen Standard European Logistics has completed its s-Heerenberg acquisition. The €24m price is equivalent to a net initial yield of 5%. It is let to JCL Logistics on a lease with 12.5 years left to run. In addition, the Oss logistics project has completed and been handed over to its tenant, Orangeworks.
  • Gresham House Energy Storage raised £15.3m from its placing.
  • Yew Grove REIT agreed a €9.1m extension to its revolving credit facility – the total facility is now €29.1m, of which €22.8m has been drawn. The money will be used to finance acquisitions.
  • KCR Residential REIT said it would expand into Australia, Germany and the private rented sector – a bold set of ambitions for a less than £8m market cap company
