- Vietnam Enterprise passed a continuation vote comfortably, 154.6m shares voted against a resolution that would have forced a wind up in December 2022, only 721,277 shares voted for it.
- Warehouse REIT hopes to issue 159,090,908 shares at 110p via a placing and open offer (existing shareholders can apply for shares on a one-for-three basis) to raise £175m. The manager has identified a pipeline of investment opportunities amounting to approximately £346.0 million, of which over £123.0 million are in exclusive or final negotiations or have solicitors instructed and approximately a further £223.0 million are in detailed negotiations, including several with an e-commerce focus.
