- UK equity income sector company, Law Debenture Corporation (LWDB), said it remained committed to at least maintaining 2019 full-year dividend level of 26p. LWDB is a unique combination of an equity portfolio and independent professional services business. LWDB said today that “we approached 2020 with a professional services business that has funded 35% of dividends for the investment trust over the preceding 10 years and, as demonstrated by our H1 results, our independent professional services business continues to show its resilience despite the challenging market conditions.”
- BioPharma Credit (BPCR) announced the appointment of Rolf Soderstrom as a non-executive director, with effect from 16 September 2020. We also covered BPCR’s interim results, which you can access here.
