- UK Mortgages Limited is launching Hops Hill No.1, a securitisation of the portfolio of first ranking, buy-to-let mortgage loans originated by Keystone Property Finance. Keystone have been originating loans for UKML for the last two years with warehouse financing provided by NAB. The portfolio size reached almost £340m by 31st December 2020 and a transaction of up to £400m is now being marketed, to include loans currently in the pipeline and expected to be completed over the next 3 months.
- Premier Miton Global Renewables Trust has received London Stock Exchange’s Green Economy Mark.
- VPC Specialty Lending Investments owns 2,220,530 class B shares and 2,697,467 private placement warrants in VPC Impact Acquisition Holdings which are valued at $2,713,994. VPC Impact Acquisition Holdings is merging with Bakkt holdings in a deal that values the fund’s shareholding at $22,205,300. The warrants are out of the money – the exercise price of $11.5 is below the deal price of $10 – but have a five year life. The deal adds about 6.9 cents per share or 5.7% to the fund’s NAV.
- RTW Venture Fund notes that portfolio company Immunocore completed a $75m Series C financing round following positive Phase 3 trial interim analysis data for tebentafusp in patients with metastatic uveal melanoma (that Immunocore presented in December 2020). RTW Venture participated in this financing round.
