ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust IPO raises US$150m

ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust (TLEI) has announced the results of its initial public offering, which will have raised US$150m once the Consideration Shares are issued (click here to for an explanation of these in our story covering the announcement of TLEI IPO). Before the issuance of the consideration shares, the IPO has raised gross cash proceeds of US$115.4m and 34.6m Consideration Shares to be issued upon completion of the Solar Arise Acquisition Agreement, after which the company will have 150m new ordinary shares in issue. The company’s shares are expected to be admitted to trading on 14 December 2021.
