  • Bluefield Solar Income (BSIF) has posted its interim results for the six months to 31 December 2021. During the period under review, its total shareholder return was 5.7%, while its NAV total return was 9.6%. Underlying earnings, pre amortisation of long-term finance, were £21.4m and underlying earnings for distribution, post debt repayments of £8.6m, were £12.7m. The board remains confident of meeting its dividend target of not less than 8.16pps for the year to 30 June 2022. John Rennocks, chairman of BSIF, said: “It is pleasing to report on another successful period for Bluefield Solar. With high levels of index-linked revenues, a defensive debt and power sales strategy and no currency risk, we have proven after close to a decade of operation that we have a strategy that delivers ‘whatever the weather’.”
  • Abrdn European Logistics Income (ASLI) posted a NAV total return for 2021 of 12.4%. In a fourth quarter update, the group said NAV had increased 1.9% to 129.1 euro cents per share (108.5p) at 31 December 2021 during the quarter, helped by a 2.5% rise in the value of its portfolio to €666.0m.
