- Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (CORD) announced that its portfolio company, České Radiokomunikace has signed a new 15-year contract with an existing customer, the blue-chip mobile operator T-Mobile for the lease of space on CRA’s telecommunications tower portfolio. The new contract replaces and expands the scope of the existing contract with T-Mobile. Under the previous arrangements, T-Mobile used CRA’s facilities at 202 sites, which is now expanded to access all 610 telecoms sites owned by CRA. The new contract with CRA will bring T-Mobile greater flexibility in installing 5G equipment and greater signal availability, primarily in rural areas.
- Atrato Onsite Energy (ROOF) announced that it has has entered into a power purchase agreement for the electricity generated by Project London Road. The 28MW solar PV project in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, has now reached its financial close milestone. London Road was previously acquired, as announced on 24 March 2023, and is currently under installation with an expected energisation date in December 2023.
- Helical (HLCL) has signed contracts with the Transport for London (TfL)’s wholly owned commercial property company for a joint venture to develop offices across London. The partnership will see the delivery of new office space above or close to London Tube stations at Bank, Paddington and Southwark, totalling 600,000 sq ft. All three sites have full planning permission.
