- Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (CORD) announced that Belgian foreign direct investment approval has been granted and the acquisition of Norkring België for total consideration of €6.2 million from Telenor Communication II AS and Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen NV has completed. Norkring operates 25 communication and broadcast towers in Belgium.
- Weiss Korea Opportunity Fund (WKOF) released its monthly factsheet for December. The company saw NAV growth of 4.5% vs 5.4% for the MSCI Korea 25/50.
