- Following its announcement on 9 October that it is considering going private (click here to read), and the subsequent announcement that it is acquiring the remainder of Zeta it does not own (click here to read) UTL directors David Shillson, Alison Hill, Peter Durhager and Stuart Bridges have all added to their shareholdings in UTL. UTL is also redeeming its 2024 ZDP shares.
- JPMorgan Japanese (JFJ) and JPMorgan Japan Small Cap Growth and Income (JSGI) have both completed the first general meetings in relation to their merger (click here for details) with all votes being carried by an overwhelming majority of votes cast.
- Following the completion of its merger, the newly formed Alliance Witan (ALW) has appointed Andrew Ross, Rachel Beagles, Shauna Bevan and Jack Perry – all former directors of Witan – to its board as planned. Andrew Ross has been appointed as deputy chair and a member of the management engagement and nomination committees of the company. Rachel Beagles, Shauna Bevan and Jack Perry have all been appointed as members of the audit and risk, management engagement, and nomination committees of the company.
