- BMO Global Smaller Companies has announced the issue of £35m of fixed-rate 20-year unsecured private placement notes at a coupon of 2.26%. This refinances the company’s 3.5% Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock (“CULS”) which matured on 31 July 2019.
- RDL Realisation has announced a special dividend of 255p per share. The special dividend will be paid on 30 August 2019 to shareholders on the register as of 16 August 2019. The ex-dividend date is 15 August 2019.
13% of the Special Dividend is an interest distribution and 87% is a dividend distribution. - Cambium Global Timberland is selling is plantation at Agua Santa, in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The agreement will result in total payments over a 24 month period which, at today’s exchange rate, amount to £6.22m (BRL 30.0m) which compares to a book value of £4.9m.
