OPP : Brooks MacDonald requisitions Origo meeting
On Friday Brooks MacDonald’s spat with Origo reached a new high as it requisitioned a meeting of Origo’s shareholders at which it will propose that all of Origo’s directors, with the exception of Chris Rynning (the Chief Executive), are removed and Brett Miller and Rhys Davies appointed instead with a mandate to formally adopt a realisation strategy. Origo is yet to respond.
