Humphrey van der Klugt, Chairman of Fidelity European Values PLC has announced that the Board has agreed with Fidelity that with effect from 1st January 2015 the investment management performance fee will be removed. He said this should mean a lower overall fee for shareholders, and a simple and transparent fee arrangement. The base fee (Annual Management Charge) for the Company calculated on Net Asset Value remains unchanged at 0.85%.
