US Solar Fund (USF) has announced the acquisition of 100% of the cash equity interests in three operating utility-scale solar power projects totalling approximately 11MWDC in North Carolina. Including the financial close of the five projects announced on 2 January, USF has now closed all eight projects of the acquisition from Greenbacker Renewable Energy Company LLC, for a total of 39 MWDC.
- RDL Realisation has reduced the estimated value of its claim against Princeton to $14m from $15m. The Bankruptcy Court set a hearing date to consider confirmation of the Trustee’s Plan on 2 March 2020. The Board believes that if the Trustee’s Plan is confirmed after the next hearing, this would enable the Princeton Alternative Income Fund to exit from chapter 11 bankruptcy and that the cash within it can then be distributed to the underlying investors
