- Round Hill Music Royalty (RHM) has acquired a significant share of the master artist royalties and entered into a long-term agreement to administer the neighbouring rights income of the catalogue of Nancy Wilson, of the band Heart. The catalogue includes the number one hit “These Dreams” that was certified platinum five times and tracks “Barracuda,” “Magic Man,” “Alone” and “Crazy On You”. Trevor Bowen, chair of RHM, commented: “We are very pleased to announce the acquisition of Nancy Wilson’s fantastic catalogue of classic Heart tracks from across her career including songs from her double and triple platinum selling albums.”
- Triple Point Social Housing REIT (SOHO) has completed the acquisition of four properties and exchanged contracts on another property, comprising 45 individual units, for a total of £9.4m. The properties are located in the North West of England (11 units), the East of England (10 units), Yorkshire (10 units), the West Midlands (8 units) and the South East (6 units). The group has entered into new full repairing and insuring (FRI) leases in respect of each of the properties for a minimum period of 20 years. The leases are with specialist regulated housing providers, including Inclusion Housing, Blue Square Residential, Chrysalis Supported Housing, Sunnyvale Supported Accommodation and Independent Housing. The rents received under these leases are subject to annual, upward-only rent reviews, increasing in line with the Consumer Price Index.
