- Digital 9 Infrastructure’s shares commence trading on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8 am this morning.
- Octopus Renewables Infrastructure (ORIT) has announced that its investment manager will be presenting via the Investor Meet Company platform on Wednesday 7 September 2022 at 12pm (BST). It says that the presentation, which will be hosted by Chris Gaydon and David Bird, investment directors at Octopus Energy Generation, will enable investors the opportunity to learn more about the ORIT. There will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the meeting and questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation. - Rights and Issues (RIII) has announced a tender for up to 10% of its issued share capital. A circular setting out the terms of the tender and convening the necessary general meeting is being posted to shareholders. It is currently expected that the closing time/date for tender instructions will be 1pm on 23 September, the general meeting will be on 26 September and the results will be announced on 27 September. If all goes to plan, payments will be made the week commencing 10 October.
