Overview
River UK Micro Cap (formerly River and Mercantile UK Micro Cap Investment Company is a closed-ended investment company limited by shares, registered and incorporated in Guernsey. The company’s investment objective is to achieve long term capital growth from investment in a diversified portfolio of UK micro cap companies, typically compromising companies with a free float market capitalisation of less than £100m at the time of purchase.
It is expected that the majority of the company’s investible universe will comprise companies whose securities are admitted to trading on AIM. The number of holdings in the portfolio will usually range between 30 and 50 once the company’s assets are fully invested in accordance with its investment policy.
