February warrants, subscription shares and zeros

Bear in mind that the net asset value numbers that go into calculating the final asset cover may be out of date for funds that invest in assets such as private equity and property.
Another subscription share issue is planned – this time by JPMorgan Smaller Companies (JMI). Assuming shareholders approve the issue at a meeting later this month. they will get subscription shares as a bonus issue on the basis of one for every five shares that they hold.
