Paul Bridge
Paul is the Chief Executive Officer within the Social Housing strategy. Paul has worked in all aspects of Social Housing for over 20 years and is a senior industry figure. From 2008 to 2014, Paul was Chief Executive of Homes for Haringey, a Registered Provider, where he was responsible for 800 staff and 21,000 homes. The organisation was awarded ‘Housing Organisation of the Year’ in 2012 and gained Investors in People Gold. For eight years prior to this, Paul was a Director at Hyde Group, a major G15 Housing Association, which provides homes and services to more than 95,000 customers. Throughout his career, Paul has been responsible for leading the acquisition of several thousand properties in London and the South East, with the primary purpose of extensive physical, social and economic regeneration. Paul has been responsible for investing several hundred million pounds into Social Homes. During his career, Paul has also held a variety of non-executive roles in and out of the sector and the Chairman of Thames Valley Charitable Housing Association which established a successful private rental sector business funded by equity and debt through various institutional investment funds.
Nick Montgomery
Nick Montgomery is Head of UK Investment and Executive Director at Schroder Real Estate. He joined Schroders in January 2012 from Invista Real Estate Investment Management where he was Head of UK Commercial Funds. Previously Nick worked at Gatehouse Investment Management. He started his investment management career in 1999 at LaSalle Investment Management managing institutional pension fund property portfolios. Nick holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Will Fulton
Will Fulton graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 1987 with a degree in Land Economy when he joined Standard Life, becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1990. Throughout his 30 year career he has held a variety of commercial real estate positions gaining multi-disciplinary experience spanning investment, valuation, asset management, debt facility management, development and investor relations both in the UK and across continental Europe. Prior to managing UKCM, he oversaw a team managing the £2.3 billion Standard Life Heritage With Profits Real Estate Fund.
Ben Green
Ben co-founded the Atrato Group in December 2016 and is responsible for leading the development and execution of the firm’s long term strategy. Ben is a member of the Atrato Group Management Team and the Investment Committee at Atrato Capital. Ben has over 20 years’ experience structuring and executing real estate transactions. He has completed more than £3.5 billion of sale and leaseback transactions with occupiers including Barclays, the BBC and Tesco. Ben qualified as a lawyer in 1997 and began his career at Wilde Sapte and Linklaters LLP. He left law in 2000 and has since spent his banking career at Barclays, Lloyds and Goldman Sachs where he was Managing Director, European Head of Structured Finance.
