Utilico Emerging Markets is considering putting long-term finance in place with the aim of securing fixed rate funding at an attractive rate. Before it does so it wants to make sure that shareholders are happy with the idea and therefore is proposing to hold a continuation vote now and get shareholders to agree that the next continuation vote will be in 2024.
