- SQN Secured Income (SSIF) reported annual results to 30 June 2019. The shares were up 8.2% on a total return basis, while the NAV increased 4.4%. The company said that its income stability over the year was a testament to the uncorrelated nature of the assets that it targets. It was also noted that with 31 December 2019, a continuation vote will be required as total assets are less than £250m.
- FastForward Innovations (FFWD) said that investee company, EMMAC Life Sciences (EMMAC), has raised £15m through issue of convertible loan notes. FFWD describes EMMAC as Europe’s leading independent cannabis company – it has a 2.3% stake in the company’s issued share capital.
