Mark Blyth from Standard Life Investments Property Income
Mark Blyth is the Deputy Fund Manager on the Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust. Mark joined Aberdeen Standard Investments in 2011 and has 20 years of industry experience and is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Jon Armentia and Hernán San Pedro Lopez de Uribe from Lar Espana
Mr. Jon Armentia is the Corporate Director & CFO of the Company. He joined Lar España in 2014. Jon was appointed CFO of Grupo Lar in 2006, covering the area of retail properties. Previously he worked in Deloitte (formerly Arthur Andersen) for four years. Jon has a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and Administration from Universidad de Navarra and has over 17 years of experience in audit, finance and real estate, in which he has participated in several Committees and Boards of Directors.
Hernán San Pedro is the Company’s Head of Investor Relations and Communication. He joined Lar España in January 2016. He previously worked as Head of IR at Sacyr Vallehermoso, Skandia-Old Mutual Group and Banco Santander. Hernán studied Law at Universidad San Pablo – CEU (Madrid), holds an MTA from the European Business School and has over 25 years of experience in different positions within the financial, construction and real estate sectors.
Jeff O’Dwyer from Schroder European REIT
Mr. Jeffrey O’Dwyer is a Fund Manager at Schroder Real Estate Investment Management Ltd. and a Manager-Pan European Fund at Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust Plc. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, he was a Director at Pacific Real Estate Capital Partners from 2010 to 2014. He was previously a Senior Advisor at Capital Insight from 2009 to 2010, a Director, Investment Management at UBS Real Estate from 2003 to 2008 and was previously an Associate, Capital Transactions at Lend Lease Real Estate Investment from 2001 to 2003.
Andrew Jones from LondonMetric Property PLC
Andrew was a co-founder and CEO of Metric from its inception in March 2010 until its merger with London & Stamford in January 2013. On completion of the merger, Andrew became Chief Executive of LondonMetric. Andrew was previously Executive Director and Head of Retail at British Land. Andrew joined British Land in 2005 following the acquisition of Pillar and served on the main Board with responsibilities for shopping centres, retail park investment and asset management.
