Ben Fry from Residential Secure Income
Ben Fry is Head of Housing Investment at Gresham House and Managing Director for ReSI Capital Management. Ben has led investment management for Residential Secure Income since IPO in July 2017, prior to which he led TradeRisks’ debt advisory services for housing associations, local authorities, and specialist residential accommodation. He has 16 years’ industry experience, with ten years social housing experience since joining TradeRisks in 2011. Ben qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He holds a BSc in Mathematics from Imperial College London.
Andrew Cowley from Impact Healthcare REIT
Andrew is an experienced fund manager, working in infrastructure and private equity investment since 2000. He was a senior managing director at Macquarie and deputy chief executive of the listed Macquarie Airports. Before this, he was a Managing Director at Allianz, responsible for investments in alternative assets; a director of Kleinwort Benson; and chairman of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson’s business in Russia. He began his career at SG Warburg. Andrew has served on company boards, including various international airports, Moto Holdings, Creative Broadcast Services and as chairman of Halterm Container Terminal in Canada.
