Overview
Rockwood Strategic (formerly Rockwood Realisation, Gresham House Strategic : GHS and, until 28/10/15, Spark Ventures) invests primarily in UK and European smaller public companies, applying private equity style techniques and due diligence alongside a value investment philosophy to construct a focused portfolio expected to be comprised of 10-15 companies.
After a high profile dispute between the board and various shareholders, the management contract went to Harwood but shareholders voted to put the company into run-off. That decision was reversed in 2022.
